‘I was very pleased to find someone near to us who could help us with catering for our 10th wedding anniversary party. The service we received was first class – and the thought and attention beforehand was amazing. The choice of dishes was perfect: spicy nyonya chicken (with lemongrass, chilli, ginger shrimp paste) and lamb baked with yoghurt and black pepper with rice and breads for 100 guests. The sauce on the chicken was fantastic but the overall winner was the lamb. The food contributed greatly to the success for the party and everyone commented on how good it was. Great food, service, people and price.’

‘We ate your lamb shanks and chocolate cheesecake tonight and loved them! I was so impressed with the portion size (huge), and the tender vegetable loaded gravy on the shanks was a meal in itself. The meat was tender and meltingly yummy and I served it with cous cous and roasted red onions, peppers and courgettes. I devoured mine holding the bone in my hands like Henry VIII! The chocolate cheesecake was about 30% bigger than what you can buy in a supermarket. It looked really good on my glass cake stand – you could definitely pass it off as home made. The consensus around the table was it's rather more sophisticated than your average Cheesecake Factory product – surprisingly light with a decadent texture. We served it with fresh raspberries and cream…’
